Recently, I visited Bibhitaki, a spot recommended by a friend for its special smoothie and appeal to vegetarians and vegans.
The place is a haven for nomads: it boasts air conditioning, a small table right in front of it, and a handy plug. The Wi-Fi speed varies between 30 to 70Mbps. However, the chair isn’t the most comfortable for extended stays.
The atmosphere is set by Spanish chill music, with ‘Entre Luca Y Juan Mejia’ by Vincente Garcia playing during my visit. The staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and I particularly liked the dim, cozy lighting at night, reminiscent of my workroom back home.
The menu offers a variety of choices. I chose a Buddha bowl named the Rainbow Quinoa Satay Bowl, mainly because it didn’t contain rice and featured a peanut lime dressing that sounded enticing. Alongside, I ordered a healthy turmeric latte, garnished with cinnamon, which was delightful.
Upon seeing the Buddha bowl, I was instantly impressed – and I’m someone who typically prefers meat dishes. After adding the dressing and mixing it in, the taste was extraordinary.
The peanut dressing was so good that I requested extra, even offering to pay more, which the waiter promptly provided without paying more.
For a vegetarian place, Bibhitaki was quickly winning me over.
Next, I tried the Vegan Chocolate Factory Smoothie. To my surprise, it was incredibly delicious, making me question how something so delightful could be vegan. I’d even go as far as to label it a ‘vegan orgasm‘.
As of now, I’m declaring Bibhitaki the best vegan & vegetarian place in Canacona.
Oh, and it also features a pool table!
