Wa Blue

I visited Wa Blue in Arambol with a couple of friends one evening.

One friend chose the Paneer Butter Masala. It appeared to be tomato sauce-based and was fresh and decent, but nothing remarkable. It was, at best, an average dish.

I opted for the Chicken Teriyaki, which sounded appealing. Unfortunately, I didn’t inquire about the accompaniments, and it was served with rice, which I don’t eat.

The chicken itself was well-prepared, but the teriyaki sauce made it overly salty. In essence, it was a simple rice bowl with a few chicken pieces and teriyaki sauce, which I found disappointing.

Our last friend, who arrived late, was served Lasagna Pomodoro. The presentation was odd, long layers of pasta with no toppings. All of the good stuff was cramped in the middle.

The sauce was unexpectedly sweet and didn’t complement the dish well. While the cheese quantity was sufficient for my friend, I found it lacking. Overall, this was another subpar dish.

I’m not sure about the internet quality at Wa Blue, but given the unimpressive food, I wouldn’t recommend it regardless.

The menu is really big though so someone else might find an actual good dish.
